What will happen on Friday to the things left in the lost and found box?
- They will be given away.Correct answer
- They will be sent back to classrooms.

Why “They will be given away.” is correct
This is a detail question. Ms. Johnson says, “On Friday afternoon, everything left in the box will be given away.” The announcement has two pieces of news, so the student has to keep the lost and found news apart from picture day.
Why the other answers are wrong
- They will be sent back to classrooms. — Ms. Johnson does not say the things will go to classrooms.
- They will be moved to the gym. — The gym is not mentioned; the box is next to the front office.
- They will be used for picture day. — Picture day is a separate piece of news and is not on Friday.
